New work rules for TBMs in light of overtime rulings





I just wanna know when they are going to pay me "back overtime" for almost 30 years of working in the morning before leaving the house, in the evening after getting home, and weekends on bus plans, exp repts, email, mandatory product and CIA and compliance training modules, Performance Connections nonsense, receiving and organizing samples and sales materials, driver training...the list is endless. And don't bother saying good reps do all that during 8-5. No way can you do that in a big rural territory.
