Is it true that the west coast reps will have a different comp plan than the rest of the country? Who decided this? That is total BS!

However, he/she is right about one thing. Get out, they are never going to pay you fairly. Get with a good lab that pays rule of 78 and go after them.

That's just KV's usual BS. He thinks he can do anything but he seems to forget he's not the man in charge now that he's in the big corporate world. He's just begging for a lawsuit with his inappropriate behavior and obvious favoritism. He's planning to run LCA in the ground then go somewhere else and take all the business.
