Anyone else surprised Ortho hired BN? The stories I've heard about him at DJO do not speak well of his character or morals.. What a bad decision... Bet the female sales reps at DJO miss him though...
 






You've heard no stories. Brad is a solid guy, straight as an arrow. He has already done wonderful things at Orthofix and will revolutionize the bone stim business. Bank on it.

So much for Brad being this huge addition. Spine stim sales the last 2Quarters were based on very short sighted strategies. The terrible 4th Q Stim numbers showed the true colors and horrible direction and results. The same bad strategies that you had at DJ.

So much for "wonderful things" and "revolutionizing" the bone stim business. It turned out to be more of a revolution and revolt.

What's your beef with Brad? He's not even VP of Sales.. Isn't he SVP of Operations? Who is the VP of Sales that's losing reps that we keep hearing about?

As someone on the outside of Orthofix, they had the best stimulator and best model of a sales force with the hybrid of solid distributors and direct reps.. They terminated some really good distributors for what reason I have no idea... I see Trinity in many places and they've done a very decent job with this product with no clinical data but long-term, I would not be high on long term growth of this company.

The enviroment is so vile and the management is so far out of its league. It's all about short term results w/o any long term strategy. The management surrounding Spine Stim is as bad as it gets and the results speak for itself.
