Will the haves no longer have? Will the have-nots begin to have or will they continue to have-not? Will everyone become equally unmotivated as the have-nots? Will there for once be equal chance of success among all territories? Will this be change for the better?

I’m skeptical. The more things change the less lucrative things become. Hang on tight for those options and enjoy the free time since our sales force is way to big to be continuously busy and both helpful to HCPs the same time.

I think people are confused by what the word goal based means… because this ain’t it

If you want mediocrity pay everyone the same bonus.

If you want people to check out reward people on false pretenses.

If you want competition create an environment where everyone feels like they have a chance to make a lot of money and win.

Don’t like the annualized goal.. things happen from quarter and reps should be able to get better bonus for it.

There are many reps here that wouldn't know a start form if it slapped them in the face! They need to go NOW to get things started

so how is the average BAE doing? It seems some territories will blow past their goals and others still struggle.. id be curious to know how many BAEs have surpassed.. how many have hit.. and how many are still under their goal YTD
