New to USWM...what is going on here?

Is USWM stable? Just started - found out 1/2 the reps quit, 1/2 got managed out and I just spent a week at corporate and JC (our trainer) spent the majority of the time ranting and raving about how terrible JJ is, he's useless and that she can do everything better than everyone else. What is going on???? Looking for an honest answer.

USWM was a fantastic company 2 years ago. The past year it has been in a downward spiral! One and only reason....Any guesses??? Horrible manager! No idea what he is doing...came from BIG Pharma so does not get what needs to be done....very sad to see so many GREAT Reps leave or be let go!
