I have many questions.I am considering a career move to this type of sales. I come from a medical sales background and salary is in the 90's.
How is the sales environment in the offices?
What is a salary range?
How is the comp plan?
How is the corporate culture?

Depends on how desperate you are for a job. If you are desperate then these companies pay well and provide great perks unlimited expenses accounts with no accountability etc etc. If you arent desperate go elsewhere because this is a dead end. No patent protection means it is a commodity and is and will continue to sink to the lowest cost provider. Just look at the stock performance of SQNM and Natera. Miserable.

It "use" to be great under CL, until they hired Chuckie who has no clue in leadership or personality skills.
