I knew it wasn't going to be a lot because I wasn't at Novartis for too long and I didn't seek medical attention, but.... I feel so VALIDATED!!!! Since our individual letters are confidential, I sure hope that the amount of women who qualified for compensatory damages will have an impact on the leaders at Novartis.Thank you to the women who were brave enough to stand up in the Velez trial!
