I failed a test twice and need to take it again. If I fail I'm out. Is there a way to get around this?

Take it with your team. Do theirs first. All questions come from same test bank. Lots of duplicates

How do you know their are 50,000 ? Is that how many have been laid in the last 2 years?

If you get fired for not passing just apply at Abbvie. We take all certification tests in a group format. Trainers even tell us prior to the test what the questions will be about.
