New Territories

What methodology was used to: 1. Carve out territories and 2. Determine which reps are assigned to the territories. It was not due to where reps reside nor to allow minimum disruption to current assignment. Also are both divisions of equal importance? If so then why would one division be given a top 30 list and not the other? If territories are carved out due to where the business resides, then wouldn't both divisions have a top 30 list?

Some of the CNS reps, who were previously the only Pain rep with Depo... are now seeing that their call decks are 80% Primary Care! How can they call them CNS reps... because they have 10 Neurologists?

Some were allowed to switch territories. Not all rules apply to all reps apparently, not all reps live in their territories, and not all territories have corrected call plan targets. Sheesh...
