We have hired an additional 50 reps over the past 4 months and each expansion my territory isn't getting smaller as broadcasted. In retrospect its significantly bigger each expansion. On top of that I have lost over 25 writers launch to date and inherited well well well below that. Actually I have 40 new targets that have never been called on.
Is any other reps frustrated with this? How does this even the playing field when other reps are keeping every writer and their territories are shrinking. Each quarter I push the truck up to the top of the hill just to hand it over to another rep to coast downhill. Some individual territories are now the size of entire regions!!
Any other reps skeptical about our next expansion and our RDs and corporate broadcasting how much we are going to benefit? The way I see it since August we have added 50 additional reps my territory has gotten bigger and more scattered. We are adding 50 more in April, I don't see any improvements in the nearby future.
On a side note corporate accounts needs to stop lying to our RDs, falsifying coverage with managed Medicaid trying to send us into offices like lambs to the slaughter to do their job and get the products covered.
