I thought he was a nice guy but I'm not working for him so I don't really know. It seems like pressure is coming down from above a little stronger so if he is in any way not bright and chipper it could be upper management.

I agree Joe will make life miserable for any manager. But before asking what you think of the new DM and his performance how about letting him have more than a couple of months on the job.

It could be a lot worse, believe me i know first hand from seeing some of the others in action at meetings. Yours seems like he is just still trying to figure out just what the hell he got himself into here in the MW. yea yea
