Yeah, $95K base, but you'll be lucky to last a year. Good chance you'll be cut at some point, then your life is in chaos once again while you conduct a desperate job search that will likely takes months to secure a new gig. And in many/most cases, that new gig will pay less. Reality of the industry today, not just Eisai.
