The midwest mgr for Skin, went to HR after an error on a report from SOIM, and forced them to name her as co-division mgr of the year (after she finished 2nd out of 5). Look into it, ask people inside, complete basket case. NSD for Skin is very solid though. doubt she knew what she was getting into.

NSD is solid? Really? Check her sales rankings when she was a DM. She was always on the bottom. Doesn't matter though. She has a vag-j-j and thats the only reason why she's moved up. Zeero track record of success
 






This group is going to be a primary care, micro-managed bunch based on the management team in place. And agree about NSD......way over her head and no track record of even moderate success.

Fully agree. Interviewed with her a few weeks ago, too chipper and perky to be an NSD, in other words, trying too hard. Glad I didn't get the offer
 




































The uppers are not supportive and will throw you overboard to further themselves. Long track record of doing so. Also little knowledge of sales as forecasts are a maze of calculations based on nothing. Good luck DMs.
