One of the new reps had to ask me ,after 7 months on the job, what we torque our abutments too..

They thought they were all 15ncm!! It's also known fact that rep makes more than some of their peers

Lots of reps leaving and others close but hoping the exodus will prompt management to do the right thing and pay them so they can stay.

I know the people i talk to are passionate about the company but no one likes to be treated unfairly- especially when you have been a consistent performer.

Get it together management and ge the 4,5,6 year vets where they need to be or they are going to walk!! The recruiters are swarming !!
