New Regions, New Positions, More Money out the door

Seriously, how much more top heavy can this company become? We can't provide raises or bonuses but we can promote from within and increase the salaries of SR's bozo team so they can line their pockets with more money, better benefits and bonuses (eg--now each region has a VP of Sales, VP operations, and NOW a GM???). How many different senior leader titles are there? SVP, VP, Director, Executive Director, General Manager---just look at the org chart under SR and there are over 100 in first and second line senior level reports--and there are more under the third line. What happened to Simplify??? LMAO!

I also heard that 15% of Quest makes >$250k, while 60% makes less than $45k. And no one is doing anything to make this a more profitable company or a better place to work! All of the BS theories and plans and hos-hens are only giving the top brass more room to promote their buds and have done nothing for the bottom line. No wonder we can't make money.....

You claim the company is "top-heavy" yet here you are, still stuck on the bottom.

Speaks volumes about your failure...as a salesman, as a husband, as a father, and as a person.

This is a good point. More service level positions would improve the quality of our service levels that can translate to our client. I don't understand the point of getting more suits.

It isn't your place to try to understand how we administer this great new organization. You stick to the simple tasks we've assigned you and maybe we'll allow you to remain.

"Administer" an organization? An awfully passive verb from such an alleged corporate warrior. This is more the prose of an office support person.

Leave it to a beta underperforming manlet to angle with his superiors over semantics rather than take the good advice offered to heart. Perhaps if you expended more effort toward being a better person, your numbers wouldn't be so laughable. Food for thought.

I’ll try to be a better person now that you’ve awoken me from my dogmatic slumber. The fact that you believe I’m worthy of your mentorship warms my heart. I administer my deepest gratitude.
