I'm actually happy with mine but I got screwed on the last one bc of a couple good segments. Haven't made any money since we had the new pay plan so hoping to turn that around.

When you say you have not made any money, does that mean in bonus? I am curious what the base is and the average overall payout with Zoll? Can I make 100K if I don't make plan?

Yes until you get fired in 6 - 12 Months

if you make $100K here, you'll be fired. Eventually, most TMs drop to $100K as the quota system is bogus. Be very careful and seek employment elsewhere before coming here. If you do well, your quota gets jacked up mid year. If you're below plan, you get fired pretty fast. Sad things is you really don't have any control of your own destiny here. Good luck
