It most certainly is. We are going thru a leadership transition and have all of the right people in place. Industry benchmark bonuses and have a great product in a narrow market that isn’t crowed at all. Great time to be at Leo Pharma.

We only have 1 division. Dermatology-Adbry. $125-145k base. And Bonuses have been amazing. Hope that helps!

Are you seeing open positions online? The last I heard they’re on a hiring freeze and “dissolving” the territories, aka giving all the accounts to surrounding reps on the team…seems fair.

Addition by subtraction....no need to do layoffs if the territories are dissolved. Reps may need to do 3 calls a day now instead of two if they get some of the overflow. Makes perfect sense.

With the “quota” being the same for everyone, consolidation of territories is like a rep winning the lotto!
