The compensation will vary a little bit depending on the territory. However, I can tell you that they changed the comp program and responsibilities of the position. Instead of being 100% disposable sales, it now includes a few various capital components to sell. You will want to know the prior performance of the territory (disposables) and compare that to the disposable quota as the compensation has changed on base business as well.
Overall, seems like a good place to be. New leadership has set the performance bar pretty high, but the overall vibe seems to be very positive with people believing in the high-level leadership team's vision etc.
