A number of new RSMs and OAMs think they can easily convert accounts to Bromsite and think that they are better than the Legacy reps. Get your feet wet and understand the business before you go out with guns blazing and shoot from the hip. You’re in for a rude awakening. Heard that one Prima Donna (has Botox all over her face and lip fillers - looks like a cartoon character) called up her counterpart and demanded why the Legacy Rep did not push a certain Specialty Pharmacy. Heard one of the new RSMs in goes to visit customers wearing black jeans, casual shoes and a tank top - great professional way to represent the Company. This is the talent OPH just hired. A high class hooker dress better.
