1. We no longer accept pizza or cold cuts for lunch. The staff will make the decision on what to bring in for lunch.
2. If you have a scheduled snack you can only bring in healthy foods, and that needs to be approved by office manager, Shaniqua.
3. No more then 1 pharma rep per company is allowed to come past the front desk to drop off samples and get signatures. Please advise office manager if you have 4-5 reps selling the same product and she will determine who will be the one to come by.
4. Pharma reps are no longer to DETAIL physicians at ANY TIME. If you are caught asking questions or just discussing any product information, you will no longer be allowed to come back.
5. No more then one pharma car allowed in parking lot. We now have a designated parking spot 2 miles away. If you are caught using any of the parking spaces that is not designated, you will be asked not to come back.
6. We now have appointments to drop off samples and get signatures online. It will be available starting next month. Please advice your pod mates not to drop by office. Each person coming into office without an appointment will get 1 strike. the 3rd strike will lead to no lunch appointments at all for 2011.
