A girlfriend of mine interviewed here in Philly for the DC Santarus spot. She didnt get it. However, base was 60k non negotiable.

That is so true it is because the whole industry knows inventiv is unethical. They have hurt and fired many awesome people who had been in industry for years not knowing many of these people have serious long term connections and even family in decision making positions, they better watch what bridges they burn!!

Better? Quintiles and Publicis, DO NOT offer cars just crappy car allowances. Publicis $600 a month car allowance (taxable by the way) that also is to include gas that the wopping 19 cents a mile doesn't. Oh and by the way if gas prices go down substantially so does the mileage reimbursement.

I was told no more than 52,500 for base and around 18,000 at target for bonus. No matter how many awards and years of experience you have...This was a direct hire income quote, so if your referring to a contract, I am not sure what they will offer you.
