How on earth did SB get that job, he never goes on ride alongs, he always is on "vacation" or "sick leave", since I joined I think he has had 345 days vacation, 5 days sick, and he still carries over 2 weeks vacation that he still has left over from last year!! WTF this place is going to sink if he is training everyone.

Players like this worthless turd permeate the industry. There was a book written 20 years ago, The Peterr Principle.that, thru much research, found that people rise to the highest level of their incompetence. Look at all levels of government as the perfect example of this.
It's all gamesmanship. Competence, expertise, etc. come second to playing the game. Too often, perception becomes reality.
