A more accurate name for our Diversity and Inclusion Dept would be the Division and White Exclusion Department. What are you thoughts on a better name?
I am not down with the Diversity and Inclusion Department, but the last post was not cool. Like I said, I may be the white boy posting my thoughts, but I am not racist. I wish the best for all based on merit, not skin color. Let’s not take the low road, it only makes people believe there is truly systematic racism, when there really isn’t.
I wish the best too. It’s sad that things are determined based on skin color and not merit. If it wasn’t, the industry C Suite and Management wouldn’t be 99% White Men.
Hmmm, US CEOs are <50% Whites, Asians 30%, Hispanic 19%, and Blacks 5%. The US population is 63% white, 6% Asian, 25% Hispanic, and 13% Black. So If your aim is to point fingers......
