BC is actually a good friend of KK from olden days. BC has no true HR qualifications other than being a sales rep friend of KK from the past. To be in BC's position, there should be extensive HR experience and education history. I guarantee that she was never trained in HR nor has the experience. This is just a KK implant to control the work force.

I agree with 2 previous posts. BC is not qualified for her job and needs to go pronto. There has to be some stories of incompetence about her.

SO TRUE! I interviewed with this lady, and I have to say without a doubt the worst HR
interview I have had to endure.

I was interviewing for a Director role and this lady had no prepared questions, took no notes
rambled on about complaining of the sale force on Cafe Pharma!

Not one good question and she could not have been more unprepared and oh LATE for the
appointment

She is a very poor representative for B and L! Or perhaps a very good representative of the management team?
 






she is not an HR person. Like previous post states. No HR back ground what so ever. Put into place to report any complaints about management back to KK and PS. She is there to protect executives, not provide any HR assistance to the sales force. No one in HR at any company really is. Some I have found to be helpful with payroll and stuff like that, but their function is to protect the company and the executive team from the sales force. Until a company culture embraces that differently, that is what you have. I have seen a different culture of HR elsewhere and it is nice, but not common. Just know, she was placed there by KK without any HR background. Then decide what you think she is really there for.

So. True but she is even more vile than most HR people. She has no interest in helping anyone but KK, PS or her Rochester manager. (At this years NSM Camp was moving around from room to room OBSERVING employees and at breaks she had the Rochester HR lady corner trying to stick her head up her shirt. The Rochester HR lady was the tall, fat lady who looked like a female body guard/bouncer walking around with the sulky look on her face.) When I started BL I never received my corp. card and called BC to report it. This B blew me off with wait a while longer or just call finance. Loss of a CC ir serious and she just did not give a D. She is just a trashy fl-zzy who dresses like she shops at good will.
 






What changes are required with the leadership and management teams throughout the organization (who needs to be replaced and who should they be replaced with?)

There is not a single manager in west area who needs to be kept. Not KK, VH,DD, not B in TX or KC etc. Not a one is really capable of leading a sales force in a decisive or progressive manner. None.

I know when he looked at my resume, I had more experience that this moron!

Then he walked me over to Ms Slimfast! UGH! Both were terrible.
So glad I did not have to come back for another interview!

Went on and got a a Senior Director position at A 65 billion dollar organization
that is not run by people who are POSERS
 






Completely agree with all of the above. All extensions from Perry, KK and BC should have been tossed out many months ago. This includes sales management and home office idiots. Nothing has gone well since Perry was dropped into B&L by Fleming. The business has been in decline since that day.
