New low for Contract company

New Contract cancelled before I even received my first pay check. How does that happen. Inept management and poor contracting. How can someone back out of contract without any payments...Beware, PDI has created new low, no forewarning hired over 170 people and let them go 1 month later. Greed at its finest.
 






Your must be new to contract sales. Several years ago reps were in training at the very nice hotel the contract ended on Thursday our flights were on Friday so we thought we would go to the pool and relax have some fun. They made us take the test and pass to get paid.

We would all love to know what contract were in on?

Respiratory contract with Novartis
 






It looks like the Novartis contract for respiratory may be back on? There are a lot of respiratory positions just posted. Anybody have details??? Don't want to go through that again.

Advice...Don't work for NVS...these people are idiots. We are on the Entrsto contract and hope it gets pulled monthly.
 






Is this contract with Novartis or Sunovion? I read that Sunovion signed an agreement with Novartis to market their inhaled respiratory products. I called one of the recruiters and she hasn't called me back. Anybody hear anything when the contract starts, etc.?

Well they topped their low last year....PDI upper leadership-TC who after laying everyone off 3 weeks before Christmas last year, then rehired most of us in March...Laid over half the sales force off yet again...4 weeks before Christmas a year later....They actually had our managers interviewing for our replacements starting Nov 1st, lied about it to us when we asked....then let us go and Tom acted like it was a happy day on the conference call. I realize it a contract company, I have worked at several over the years so I am very familiar with them....I just have never seen anything like this before. How do these people sleep at night?

Easy. Collect the paycheck and don't take anything serious.
