Not sure what cut you are talking about??? My Oct-Dec dashboard has me making more $ than I did last year at this time? In fact, i just pull up and compared all of Oct-Dec 2011 to 2012 in NS and we all got paid more! Only down side is I have to wait to get my $ in June. I think March is a CVM payout and my area is at Ownership so we all get 1.5x - If this is a cut then keep cutting!!!

Everybody did well in bonus last year if your in sales your bonus with this program will be less in 2012 vs 2012

2011 vs 2012. Plus new bonus program doesn't start until April 2012. Your dashboard payout will go from 75% to 35% of your total bonus

In two qtrs under old system if your six month bonus was 12k now it will be 6k . to make the extra 6k you lost
