Well the good thing is Alexion, Ariad, Aveo, Exelexis, YM Biosciences are hiring 4th quarter. Keep the signing bonus due to misrepresentation (get a lawyer to write this up) and jump on with a company that will not screw with the sales force and break promises the first week out!!
