Oh where oh where has NJ gone? Long gone are all the DM's that were actually successful as reps and helped reps learn the business, replaced by women looking for friends insted of workers who drive business. I guess its no coincidence that NJ has SANK since all these women replaced the DM's that actually knew what they were doing. Not 1 of them ever saw success as a rep, but what the hell, if you cant be successful in the field, just go into the training dept and suddenly you are a DM! We are screwed. Make your 10 calls a day and dont worry about the numbers, what the hell happened to this place???
 






They same thing takes place on the West Coast. The So Cal. RD promotes people to Specialty Representative who have poor sales results and were in the bottom 50% maybe even bottom 25% YTD. Then gives them awards at the Area Meeting to prop up these people. Followed by a voicemail stating that if you deliver business results, you will be promoted. Its a joke.
 












I love how the NJ DM's tell us not to go on Vacation during the launch while all of them are on Vacation? Its like the blind leading the blind, no wonder our stock options are worthless.

Huh? Dont worry about the numbers?? Eh??? We just had 2 more reps get Loc's and are now on probation due to stalling and fading numbers, you are screwed here either way if you do not drink the kool aid, I have seen forest fire top reps in top 10% who had call averages and samples under the threshold and then also fire reps who did nothing but sample and lunches and tons of activity but couldnt make the numbers....it does not matter what you do here, you either fit the used car salesmen mold with a JC penny suit or a bimbo hard charging ex enterprise rentacar counter clerk or you are out......forest, the worst of the worst.
 






How much more turnover can there be in this area? When the managers who knew what they were doing were here you cound't find an opening in New Jersey, now.....? The NJ managers were lost at the launch! What a joke they have turned this area into. Nothing but demotivating women on a power trip trying to show the RD that they deserve their job. I wonder which one "Steps Down" first!!!
