New IC Plan

I'm pretty new to pharma, but after a quarter ends, shouldn't our regionals have announce a new metric we need to hit for this next quarter's "IC" plan. Or are we just working with zero hope for commission this quarter

I feel so so bad for the new reps because they’re slowly becoming privy to how messed up Kowa is and how poorly they treat their reps. Yeh it’s par for the course for Kowa to not give us any idea of what our quarterly IC plan is until mid quarter. Per usually Kowa leadership team is below expectation of how they lead.

My guess is the metric will be TRx’s. Sell more and make more.

No there are different metrics we can be measured on obviously it’s always good to get more scripts but ranking can vary based on what we are being measured on.

They are probably still in the process of deciding, but it was mentioned that we will be getting quotas rather than being measured on TRX. It’s pretty damn clear that several territories and states have advantages that others do not. Time to level the playing field.
