I received an email from Forest to complete an online assessment. I've been out of town for several days. It requested that I complete the assessment within 48 hours, but I went ahead and completed it even though it's been 3 days. Do you think I still have a chance?

Is it true that Forest doesn't hire anyone over 40? Everyone I've met from Forest is very young--all seem to be under 25. Isn't this considered age discrimination and if this is the case, how do they continue to get away with it?

They don't but some get in through Inventiv. There's one that I know interviewed for years every time there was an opening in my territory. This person got rejected at least 4 times. Then applied through inventiv when they were desperate to meet a hiring deadline. I don't have anything against this person's age but they are horrible at their job. None of us can stand working with them. IMO I don't consider them Forest.
