Looking for info. On 401k, pension, health benefits, car,expense budget,paid time off, company holidays , culture , meetings, sales tactics , 10+plus years in Pharma , so I know the BS but just looking for the facts , I can weed thru the dumbass comments that will follow , thanks for the info.
 






I'm HQ, not sales, but I'd say great benefits. Usual politics and numbskulls here and there, but overall good culture and good intentions. 3 weeks off vacation to start + the holiday week (or two, like this year). Great long term retention bonus plan.

$ for $ match up to 6% on 401k plus 5.5% of your yeary earnings added at the end of the year. $75 a month for car no real limits for expenses you can do lunch/breakfst every day if you want. Meetings are lame culture is pretty laid back management are all spineless sheep swimming around in the koolaid scared of their ASD but that's pretty much our industry these days. I guess it all depends on who your manager is, I've been lucky mine is somewhat down to earth. Pension?? I'm not aware of any pharma companies offering pensions in more than 15 yrs!! You must be old!!
