Senior leadership hoped we could go one year without OI reports so the "ethical" notifications will occur as slowly as FDA makes possible. There may be a change in pregnancy category too based on recent case reports. Every extra day without being transparent about these cases makes NPC millions! If I posted about the cases I am aware of this thread would be pulled. The patients and prescribers will definitely be last to know!

Just like Epstein and Jimenez I recommend any vested stock options be exercised. This isn't competitive fear mongering. This is one novartis employee looking out for others. Overheard a conversation between Betsy Garafolo and Trevor Mundel - there seems to be a case, or cases, of OI in a study patient - who has been on fingolomid for awhile now.

Is there anyone from Safety that could confirm this ?
 












Based on the email that went out this week regarding social media this thread is dead unless someone wants to be the next evel knievel. Mentions of code of conduct, confidential business info needing to be kept private, and "corporate espionage" being litigated would cause me to STFU !!! Unless U r ready to take Goliath on whilst defending its next cash cow during which time U r unemployable in ur industry....

Threads are disappearing....do be aware any opp inf in this ms population will be impossible to blame on gilenya considering the many confounding factors in the average ms patient.

Here's a question to ask movers and shakers in the elevator in EH that remain unnamed: how's baf 312 going? That's why the intensity is so high on fty....without stating the obvious, we must infer that the molecule to save npc is fty, not 'fty lite.' fty lite is not so 'lite.' surprising is how hysterically some people react to an exchange about the so-called 'scientifically obvious' - these are signs of fear and intimidation. Is there anything to hide here?
