Anyone out there provided a very restrictive ea with minimal decision time? I am being offered like no money, terms that stink, and very restrictive non compete language beyond historic stj terms.

STJ is quickly losing clinicals to competitors who pay more and have a better work environment, products, and management. It’s no surprise that they would rather try to imprison prospective employees with absurdly strict EAs rather than work on diagnosing and improving the negative factors that are driving their employees away.

EA’s have gotten ridiculously stringent. So much so that they are not being upheld and can easily be contested successfully. What a great way to start off an employer/employee relationship. Not based on trust and respect, but rather paranoia and deceit. This should be your first signal to walk away from a company doing this and the insecure, inexperienced CEO that mandates those policies
