Pfizer's new drug:

FDA Okays Duavee for Hot Flashes, Osteoporosis

An interesting combination of two drugs an estrogen and a estrogen agonist/antagonist... avoids having to use a progestin in combination with estrogen with women with an intact uterus.

Not good for Evamist.... which already had issues since it is estrogen only, and really shouldn't be used without a progestin in women with an intact uterus.... and the effective dose achieved is not high enough to address osteoporosis or vaginal atrophy symptoms. I wonder what kind of BS the company is going to dream up to counter Duavee?

I note that while these issues like how to sell Evamist, and other Therrx products, in light of increasing competition are growing, Management and Board of Directors are basking in extraordinary bonuses and stock options as the company emerged from bankruptcy (see the latest SEC filings for details, but be prepared, the perks are outrageous). Maybe they should turn their attention to how to grow the company, instead of how to rape the company.

Unfortunately you need to see the writing on the wall. Even though we have been loyal employees and stuck it out with this company. They are now eliminating a chunk of the
sales force... Imagine we will be 30% lighter before the end of the year. They are looking at terminating people for random issues. If your teritory isn't performing you are gone! And sadly......Past success doesn't count either
