Named Marshall Lee do not, I repeat do not trust this lying rat bastard, he will sell out his mother if he thinks it will lead to a promotion. He was at Takeda before and compleyely ratted out his top performers. You better wear a kevlar vest around this rat because he will stab you in the back an twist the knife. He tried to brown nose his regional mgr and she wasn't buying it an fired his punk ass. You been warned:mad:.

But promoted at Novo

California is a hot mess! no matter what pharma company you work for. High pressured, paranoid DBM and RBD trying to keep their jobs, at the cost of others. Novo is the worst I have seen, because they allow RBD and DBM to misuse their power, and it then becomes about favoritism, brown nosing, etc, etc.... and not about good stable reps that actually like what they do and are good at what they do. This is both on the E and D divisions. It is what it is

California has always been that pressure cooker region no matter what company you work for, but I never seen it as bad as Novo, on both the D and E side. managers and directors are trying to keep their jobs at the cost of others, and there is a misuse of power where there appears to be no accountabilty. If you are a managers or regional directors favorite, if you know people in the home office, and good at brown nosing your golden, no matter what your sales results are. If not, than you are easy target. It's just the way it is here, don't try to analize, it's a waste of time. Do your job and pray that they will leave you the hell alone, and if you do your job and you are messed with get a good attorney.

It would seem like they're begging for lawsuits that eventually will harm them and cost the company quite a lot.

I personally believe Novo trys to do the right thing, but they have hired managers and directors that may know the business but extremely emotionally unstable, arrogant, and imature.

This plays out in misconduct, favoritism, and plain old misuse of power, without accountability. If you file a lawsuit, know exactly what your getting yourself into. It is not that cut and dry. In some situations Novo may see just how much your willing to come out of pocket to pay an attorney. ( because they know they can pay forever). Not trying to discourage anyone if you know and can fullly document discrimination, and fall under the "protective class" than go for it.

It is ashame that we work in an enviorment where most people just want to do their jobs, and because of how the corporate culture is set up here at Novo people have to talk about law suits. God help us all!
