I heard about a new device company that is interested in Ethicon reps that have sold to general surgeons. They are launching a stapler for inquinal and ventral hernia repair.

Its a company based out of Miami, FL. A friend of mine interviewed with them. They are bring a new product to market in March.

120k at plan

9% commission and when at plan it accelerates to 11%

seems like a saturated market, is it?

Based on their website, nothing really innovative. The tacker looks permanant, and the market has gone absorbable. The mesh looks pretty basic.
