Average territory goal achievement for Q2 was 91.7%. There was no adjustment. I was told that the goals were "pre-adjusted" before they rolled out. I have no idea how you can "pre-adjust" a goal but allegedly, they did it. So if this is true, what would our attainment have been without "pre-adjustment?" 85%?

The best part of all of this is that when I talked to my Auvi-Q rep last week... they aren't making any money either because they are way under goal. I understand that when they have 2% market share in my territory but if they aren't taking the business away from me at the expected rate... shouldn't I be doing pretty good in comparison? He thought I was a sure thing for President's Club. I laughed so hard I nearly wet myself.

I suck! I was at 93% attainment for Q2.

The bottom line is that greed is keeping us from making any money. Mylan revenue has been at record highs every quarter since I got hired almost two years ago. I can't blame them though... it isn't very creative but it is an effective way to increase profits. Ratchet up goals to bring the money in and then stiff the guys who are doing the work. Act like you are doing us a favor just for keeping me around with such pathetic achievement. Of course the down side is that morale is in the toilet and all but one rep in my territory is looking for a job. We'll see if double digit turnover will change anything. Which it won't unless training costs get too high. Then they'll lay off a few training people to get that number down too.

Can't wait to see my pre-adjusted goal for Q3 when it comes out the last week of the quarter. It'll probably be 40% growth expectation because I'm in a "high" potential territory. The only good thing about that is my DM has been off my ass since the middle of July because he can't tell me that I'm way behind my pre-adjusted goal. Thank God for that!
 












the best of the best have moved on and we are left with a shell of what Dey was... at first Mylan let us educate physicians and move share and we were paid fairly well, now they expect us to work a lot harder for a lot less. I am weighing my options and planning my exit strategy now. I feel bad for the BR NJ office, but I will be gone before TD turns out the last light! I loved Dey and I truly liked the "WV Family First" Mylan that thanked and rewarded the reps/employees and ACTUALLY meant it prior to JT and his sh!tshow parade of Ding Dongs F'N up a great thing. Now 4 or 5 leaders later, everyone is expected to shut up, be constantly stressed, complete BS NON SALES busy work, and simply be happy we have a base salary stress filled gig. Well, news flash! The New Mylan Sux! Yep- believe it or not- the older "family" way was better... way better!!! Wake up and fix it while you have a few good people left! I wont be here to see it , but maybe a few of you will benefit from the good old days! Fuk the 3 C's the 3 P's are better, Pay up, Pay well, Pay on time!
