New Contract?











































Who cares if it does go through? No former NQ rep wil be hired anyway, no matter how you performed.

I did have an interesting thought--it does seem that NQ might hire a few back, but the ones I know of all left the company for another opportunity thus never receiving unemployment. I am beginning to wonder if NQ has something against those that draw unemployment vs leaving before the contract ends...
 






Email Dan or Daryl and ask them! What do you have to lose? They are both slimeballs and who would want to work for them anyway? Job or no job, those of you who have any pride at all would not work for nor with these idiots.
 






























Regarding: Hiring RSM and DSM now, nothing has been posted with Quintiles job site and who will the management team report to Quintiles or partnering company management-makes a big difference. Haven't heard a peep about this project through "normal" channels. Need more info.
 












Quintiles / Novaquest DOES hire past reps. Many in my area have been hired back and are doing very well. The reps on the 8822 contract proved that they could market a new product. Think about many of the other contracts and the products, although each had their challenges, the 8822 reps proved that they could not only increase market share but also market growth. Any 8822 rep would be first choice for any of these new contracts. Quintiles is going to hire those that remain as a first choice especially in larger cities.

Let's be real here, though. The vast majority of new hires are NOT past Quintiles/Nova Quest reps; nor are past employees even given an opportunity to interview.
 


















Re: Hiring Manager or Project Leader, are there behind the scene activity going on now to put the management team together? Is Darren C. looking at resumes or would RSM picking who they want back? Project? Timeline?
