I think it's fair you freak

You actually are the freak. This is no way fair. Here at PG, everything is sold on averages. You folks are not paying total attention. If the test is applied to the patient's deductible, our out of network deductible, then you only get paid on what is COLLECTED DOLLAR AMOUNT!

Most compensation plans are built around the financial folks, knowing how much they want to payout in the end. This new commission plan was developed to reward PG end the end, and push more folks out the door.

Also, remember when someone leaves the company, you will forfeit your commissions going forward. Again, who is the big winner? PG
 






























Truly tragic, the testing is solid, the leadership took a diamond and turned it right back into coal. The disconnect and apathy from above is what is leading to this company's demise...oh and greed, we forgot about good old American greed. Ardy and Jim have you even met any of your top grossing accounts face to face and said thanks, or any of the reps for that matter...it's not "shyness" or that you are not good with people, just call a spade a spade and say you don't give a damn already...the charade is ridiculous. 1099 reps will not get you to an IPO...time to hire someone who knows how to actually run a lab company, not a McDonald's!
