Wonder why the CFO (RW) put up with him for as long as she did - DS drove away some strong candidates for IT Leadership roles due to his strange personality and pig-headed 'my-way-or-the-highway' approach

The new head of IT is in India - a contractor with iGate; rest of IT is gong through blue-print 2015 planning - will result in all IT personnel being laid off and IT as a function being out-sourced to India; after all, why pay $$$ to Bay area IT execs (who are worthless anyway) when we can pay peanuts to off-shore contractors in India?
