100%. They need someone who looks out for the company. Finance has been a circus for years. Everyone knows about it. Granted, there were posts on here which "outed" and aired dirty laundry and forced bad behaviours to be hidden more often. But the company needs someone who gets involved and who doesn't  let employees get away with things just because they're liked. Months before, you'd walk downstairs and see $hit you'd only see on a tv comedy show. There are still employees there who get a paycheck just because.
