It’s time we speak up. No more pussy footing around. Today showed us we will never put patients first and upper management does not have our back. Couldn’t answer any of our questions, yet we are the ones that have to handle this. No rollout period. No materials. No heads-up. AND WE AREN’T GETTING PAID TO CHASE TRx. But they do.

This will be the straw that breaks the camels back.

I could throw up thinking about how hard I’ve worked here.

100% accurate. I’m not pulling through anymore cards for refills. That was a terrible call and that was also the straw for me too. Those monkeys have to go.
 
























This is a prime reason why we need the virtual sales force. What a bunch of morons.

My manager is a tool. He thinks this is no big deal. Was even talking to docs today. Dude never shuts up. Weirdest person I’ve ever met.
 






























So how is it going?

I am so glad I left this mess of a company. It does break my heart though, I love this product and how it could have been. I wish it would have worked out.

Marketing destroyed this company. The only way out is to undo what marketing did before it is too late. You need to get rid of the COO; he is totally useless. I bet his salary could fund the Virtual Sales team, which you need. Going to have a whole lot of upcoming open territories. I know over a dozen people waiting for offers. Replace the head of marketing with someone that knows what they are doing, not someone that BSs their way though everything. Plus, anything they do is a mess.

Let the reps do their jobs. Bring TRx back. You are in this position because you are only incentivizing reps for new business. If I were them, I wouldn't help you with TRx. Like the OP said, the only people who get paid on TRx are the executive leaders.

That AD position open is critical. Need someone that has experience in the NE or they will get chewed up and spit out. And please don't even think of sending someone from marketing out for that role. The field hates marketing. They would rebel.

The "Shire Club" is also annoying. You are missing serious talent that is not a part of that club. And don't act like it doesn't exist. It does.

I talked to a few reps still there this week, and they are cooked. They are tired of firing drill after firing drill.

I left because I have no hope for the future. Doesn't look good. These next few months will be the deal breaker. If you aren't looking, you need to be.
