New bonus plans?













Are you from Texas or louisiana?

No, I'm definitely not one of those people who made $100,000 bonus checks but I think it will be hard to make even $50000 per year with the new plan.

The reps in Texas and Louisiana will never make those kind of checks again which is understandable...but the target has been the same for years now even though cost of living and inflation has gone up significantly.

Jesus Christ, are you paying any attention to the world? Cost of fucking living??? Are you nuts?? So it will be chalenging to be a rep and ONLY make $130 grand a year? Sign me up. I get a 'bonus' based on taking a test and role playing.
 






When we start asking the CEOs of these companies to agree to 2% merit increases every year, then we'll talk about the real world. It's not like Angus and the rest of our execs are actually driving sales on old as dirt products, and dealing with reimbursement issues.

Vyvanse and Intuniv are going to grow like crazy in the next few years and they won't have to pay the reps as much. I bet the execs are getting some huge payouts though!!

Look at your sales insights! You may be at 100% with 1% of vyvanse growth and 2% intuniv growth...on the old plan that would have been $14,000 just on point growth!! This new goal attainment is B.S!!!!! Wake up people, we need to speak up about this!
 






Interesting thing about the new bonus plan. My market share is growing but I'm below 100% with both products. Not sure where the hell these quota numbers are coming from...

I'm at about 103% on both products, which is about .2/.3 growth and I'm really happy with my bonus from Feb report! I'm not sure if I would have made SI but we all get paid our team bonus on the new plan. I think overall bonuses will be more consistent and still competitive compared to other pharma companies.
