New benefits cost much more!!

Has anyone compared our old costs to the new costs? I have. For employee and spouse on the premium medicsl plan, it will cost $1,400 more per year. Wonder if the new company will increase our salaries to cover this!!

Don't forget having to pay 2 deductibles if your spouse is not well and has already met it with thr current plan. So, add $700 to your $1,400 and we'll be paying $2,100 this year more. All because this happened beyond our control. And our salaries compared to other contract companies already sucks!!

Just signed up. With us being the lowest paid contract company already, to have an extra $2k taken out of our paychecks is ridiculous. I've already been looking for another job but this has just given me the boost I needed to really pound the pavement.

That’s the funniest shit I’ve ever heard. I’m sure you’re for Medicare for all too? Liberal sack of shit

Are you part of the 1%? Basically, the 1% may be the only demographic that will be able to afford healthcare in the next 20 years. Insurance companies keep "deferring" cost to the insured and getting away with murder.

Classy pharma Rep,

I didn’t capitalize the P in pharm when addressing you. You sound like a loser that hasn’t invested for your own future. Is that my fault? No. Publicis? No. Sounds to me like you are a sniffling little shit that doesn’t know how to use your money. Working at Publicis? Great! I’ve used my time to manage my rental properties on the side. So keep shaking buckets at a busy intersection and whine because you live in a high SALT area. If you’d like to debate great. I’m open because you’re a triple L to me. That’s a life long loser since I felt like you needed most things spelled out. Keep being a baby back bitch.

This is one of the selling points on the Publicis website - great benefits.
They also sell this during recruiting and interviewing - we have best in the industry benefits.
It's just a lie.

Filthy Rep,

I not a liberal, but I am a realist. It's a fact that insurance companies are deferring more and more cost to the insured. I too have a side gig as an insurance adjuster. Yes, I am licensed. I make money when your rentals properties go up in smoke. Depreciation a killer, those rentals you have would be worth noting if I tacked on 50% depreciation. You be crying in the streets like a little baby when I done with you.

Try again dipshit. The only depreciation I see in this thread is yourself for not investing in yourself. Lol 50% depreciation would be hard to pull in my area, but we got the best adjuster in the country here trying to be a badass.

What an idiot. Stay on your lazy arse and continue to do what you do best. You're such a victim. Getting paid free for doing nothing. They're picking on you again. You are being forced to stay. Such a victim.
