The new guy in sales is all over an indictment for an AMGN kickback scheme.

The new program at DNDN is a $5500 kickback to urologists who order it for patients?

That's one way to decrease revenues $20M/yr while increasing legal fees.

That could be one way to accelerate bankruptcy by a month or two.

But, this is DNDN! They'll have more by the end of the month!

I read about that Amgen kickback scheme a few months ago. Was this guy honestly involved in that? If he wasn't please don't say it. If he was, please provide links.

It is very important that this board be limited only to opinion and facts. 90% of the truth about this company is bad. Not talking about provenge, but the company.

Please provide links if this guy was involved in the Amgen scheme.

With all due respect, there was an amgen kickback scheme. Maybe he has links that this is the same person. If not, he should not make posts like that.

I did see the post, but the poster did not provide the name of the guy. Hopefully that poster comes back and says who it is.

There are lots of names in that long document. I would have no doubt they hired a guy involved in something bad, but I would have to know a name before believing it.Ranieiri and Gold hired Rob Rosen who was involved in a sexual harrassment case.

90% of this board is either true or opinion. Even 10% lies is too much. This board needs to be 100% truth. As is, this has been the most accurate board of all. Everything on this board has ended up happening. When deals are signed and/or arrests occur, this board will keep its 100% track record.
