New $500M In Debt Claims Proves Mahaffy’s SECURITIES FRAUD

Pat Mahaffy, Ginger Graham, and the rest of the criminal board of derelict directors at Clovis Oncology covered up and hid more than $500,000,000 in debt. Was never disclosed publicly and yet somehow several short holding players that doubled as debt holders through notes knew all about it.

Pat Mahaffy is a CRIMINAL and has been since 2018 when convertible notes were issued to short position holders. Same securities fraud ran again in 2019 with Graham and Mahaffy preventing a sale offer from reaching shareholders in 2020 to protect those same short positions (debt holders).
