I wander if it is TPG or Strativa's way of eliminating full time employees and replacing them with expansion representatives, due to the recent goal increases. I know people that have been with this company for less than 4 months that have seen their goals almost triple in some instances.
Its fine if that is going to be the "new" Strativa but at least give us some resources to help with the transition. "No you can't add targets for Q1 but here is a 80% increase in your target goal."
Any one else out there think this way or were you all blessed to have landed in an assignment where the previous rep rocked it and you are taking advantage of the situation?
On a side note, does Rick Painter still work here?
