New…..and improved Vaccine Target Lists (lol). WHAT A JOKE!

WOW!!!

Really can’t believe the Customer Lists that we have been given. Q2 was terrible, but Q3 is even worse. I’ve lost Customers that I have been calling on for many years, stockers (Vaxcare stocking accounts too), and some of my largest senders to the pharmacy based on last months data. Yep, you guessed it, Air Reps have them now. What’s even more astonishing is that many of the largest volume customers aren’t on anyone’s list for Arexvy. The good news is my list contains lots of Derms, Orthopedic Accounts, Cardiologists, and ARNP/PA’s and Doctors that don’t even practice in my territory, let alone, my State. ‘Trust and Validate” is absolutely useless. Not sure how anyone will make goal with the RIDICULOUS lists that we are accountable for. Anyone else feel that the Vaccine Division as a whole is not set up for success based on these lists. So many customers taken away or just totally being missed by VBU/AIR. Why such the disconnect!

What say you, JS Oh, that’s right, your gone.

Just as a heads up, us AIR reps aren’t happy to be doing the VBU’s work either. I’d rather focus on selling inhalers than picking up some other units product. If we had our way this would still be a very separate division.

Many diversity executives feel a lack of buy-in from their colleagues. In a survey of 138 diversity executives conducted this spring by World 50 Group, a networking organization for corporate leaders, 82% said they had sufficient influence to do their job, down 6 percentage points from 2022. Asked if they felt supported by middle managers, 41% said yes, an 8-percentage-point drop.

This is true. In fact, we've picked up two new products, extra pressure and more metrics (like there wasn't enough already)... Yet our IC potential actually went down. Not to mention base salaries are low... Can't speak for everyone there, but that's what I hear. First we picked up a biologic, then two vaccines, specialists are still our bread, butter and focus... But the company still pays us solely as primary care reps.

Yes people DO get hung up on isolation for it is VITAL to prove the very existence of the thing you think exists. You can believe in bigfoot all you like, and yes you may have heard some funny noises out in the wilderness/seen some unexplainable phenomena, but until you can provide some irrefutable certain proof it is in fact bigfoot, you are at best guessing wildly and perpetuating fear of something fictional, fear that coincidentally is TPTB's #1 method of controlling and manipulating you, and fear that in itself can make you gravely ill via nocebo/psychosomatic means

you are right. The launch strategy for Arexvy is terrible. Between the vaccine rep and me, we are only calling on about 50% of the market. The strategy should have been - here is your territory, get the business, and it doesn’t matter if they vaccinate in the pharmacy or in the clinic. I’m an air rep- the vaccine reps know it’s a bad strategy we have in place too. The vaccine acct manager I talked to said it will change after we fail- just hope it’s not too late.

One thing you have to understand is that American soldiers mostly had a cushy time during WW2 with the exception of those who fought in the pacific.
The average American soldier didn't experience the fear or danger than the average European soldier did
They had an easy time and so for most of them it was an enjoyable crusade.

I would be good with straight commission on vaccine sales!! Bring it baby!

I miss being able to drive and work and have a normal life and I miss being able to walk around without pain or collapsing in a syncope. I feel like I don’t have a 'normal' life for someone my age, that I don’t get to do a lot of things people my age are doing.

I'm making an electric surfboard, and am at the stage of shaping the board. Problem is, I can't find any full length sheets that I see shapers normally using. Is there any reason why epoxying smaller blocks (probably 4 in a row, and double layered) wouldn't work? I'll cover them in carbon fiber in the next step, but I've never worked with EPS before and am unfamiliar with the properties of it.
