NevroCare

What the hell is going on with NevroCare? The sr. manager gone. Several people have been let go (I think five). One gal out on disability due to stress, or so I've heard. Her desk was cleared out the other day. Claire Smith VP has NO background in reimbursement or has any knowledge on payers. From what I've heard, she's a rabid snake and needs a one-way ticket back across the pond.

NevroCare leadership is running an Asian sweatshop. The expectations are so unimaginably high for the patient access specialists doing the work for NevroCare. Yeah, CLAIRE SMITH, you expect each patient access specialist to process their intakes, do benefit verifications, submit prior authorizations, draft appeal letters, do all of the follow-up involved and manage high volume accounts like The Pain Center of Arizona. THEN you have asshole sales reps like Pete Calabrese. He needs an enema. I hear that NevroCare does appeals. How can non clinically trained people write appeal letters for doctors??? This should be reported to the FDA. I forgot to mention that NevroCare Cloud (Claire's baby) is a disaster. She needs to go pronto. Who knows what bullshit she tells Keith. She convinces him in her British "how lovely things are going." Hey, Keith or HR, what the hell is happening to NevroCare? Why the high turnover? Nevro HR is full of sensitive snowflakes; I'm surprised that they haven't noticed.

HFX - Putting a band-aid on a gushing wound. NevroCloud, or whatever the hell they call it now, is still a disaster. A complete failure. Claire knows absolutely nothing about payers in the USA. I'd like to see her do a benefits call, authorization, or appeal. She wouldn't last. Her glasses would get fogged up. I'm betting more people will leave, putting even more strain on the reimbursement team. Sr. manager got let go, and a bunch of other people either left or got canned. HFX, formally NevroCare, had 17 plus people at one point. Now there's 11 or 10??? Claire's reign of terror and unrealistic expectations continue. I saw the previous post... Someone should report Nevro to the FDA for allowing unqualified/not medically trained people (NevroCare) to write appeal letters on behalf of doctors. I might pick up the phone or shoot them an email. Cheers.

Another person on NevroCare just resigned. We only have nine patient access specialists now. At the beginning of December 2020, there were 17 or more and now nine. LOL. Amazing work, Claire! Your leadership is unsurpassed. You really know what the fuck you're doing. Pack up your shit and go back to the UK. I bet someone new will resign very soon too.
