Yeah, CLAIRE SMITH, you expect each patient access specialist to process their intakes, do benefit verifications, submit prior authorizations, draft appeal letters, do all of the follow-up involved and manage high volume accounts like The Pain Center of Arizona. THEN you have asshole sales reps like Pete Calabrese. He needs an enema. I hear that NevroCare does appeals. How can non clinically trained people write appeal letters for doctors??? This should be reported to the FDA. I forgot to mention that NevroCare Cloud (Claire's baby) is a disaster. She needs to go pronto. Who knows what bullshit she tells Keith. She convinces him in her British "how lovely things are going." Hey, Keith or HR, what the hell is happening to NevroCare? Why the high turnover?
