I interviewed in Dallas and received my verbal offer late yesterday afternoon by HR and then I was instructed to go to my Lilly account to download my written offer. My base offered is $118k.Before I spoke with HR, the hiring manager called and in so many words said that I was their first choice candidate and they wanted to make an offer and that HR would call with it shortly and they called within 15-20 mins.My interview seemed a little rushed but I only got 2 STAR type of questions but overall it was mostly conversational.
